Dr Prabhdeep Kaur is a physician and public health professional, currently the Chair and Professor at the Isaac Centre for Public Health, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. She is developing interdisciplinary training and research programs in various domains, including digital health, AI tools for primary care, public health approaches to heat stress, and interventions for healthy ageing.

Lakshmi is a public health specialist whose work focuses on strengthening health systems and improving outcomes for NCDs through technology innovation for public health. In her deacde long career, she has led and contributed to multiple projects that have used digital technology, sometimes with AI, for screening of breast, cervical, and oral cancers, hypertension, and diabetes. As a health professional working with technology-led, innovation-driven solutions in low-resource settings in India, she brings distinct perspectives to addressing implementation challenges in NCD screening. Currently, she is a Senior Program Manager (Public Health) at TANUH (Translational AI Networked Universal Healthcare), a Ministry of Education-funded AI-Centre of Excellence in health based at IISc, Bangalore, where she works towards innovating and scaling AI solutions for NCD care.

Dr. Mohua is an accomplished Health System and Policy Researcher with over nine years of expertise at the intersection of public health and digital innovation. She serves as the Coordinator for the DHRUVA Digital Health Short Course and holds dual leadership roles as a Visiting Scientist at the Isaac Centre for Public Health, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), and Principal Scientist at the M S Swaminathan Research Foundation. An alumna of Johns Hopkins University with an MPH and a Graduate Certificate in Global Digital Health, she actively advises award-winning health-tech startups, including recent SEARO Rare Impact Hackathon winners. Her distinguished career includes fellowships at the DST Centre for Policy Research and membership in the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) Centre for Science Technology Policy.

Shreya has 8+ years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology across urban and rural hospitals, clinics, and home care settings. Having worked with institutions like IITB, Srishti Manipal, and IMS BHU, and consulted with startups in telemedicine, AI voice interfaces, and health insurance, she brings broad expertise in designing technology for both providers and patients. She currently works as an HCI researcher at IISc Bangalore, developing tech-enabled solutions for frontline healthcare workers, with a focus on accessibility, reliability, and scalability.

Dr. Ganeshkumar Parasuraman is a public health implementation researcher and field epidemiologist serving as Scientist E and Head of the Noncommunicable Disease Division at ICMR-NIE. With over 15 years, he has been involved in digital health interventions design, implementation and evaluation with health system perspective which includes digital disease surveillance tools, data management platforms, and patient tracking applications at scale.

Dr. Sharan Murali is a public health researcher dedicated to solving systemic health challenges through technology integration. He is currently architecting AI-driven analytical tools to build public health data warehouses through strategic industry partnerships. By leveraging design thinking and deep community relationships, Dr. Murali delivers innovative, data-centric solutions specializing in surveillance systems, outbreak investigation, and optimizing the impact of IT tools on health systems.

Rohit Satish is the Director of Health & Climate, Data & AI at ARTPARK–IISc. He has extensive experience in technology business and public policy. Previously he founded a healthcare technology startup and served as a Senior Fellow at the Wadhwani Institute of Artificial Intelligence. At NITI Aayog, he led the National Data Analytics Platform, evaluation of facial recognition technologies in the Indian context, health screening technologies in aspirational districts and co-authored India’s National Strategy for Responsible AI. He currently leads the health innovation portfolio at ARTPARK, including the National scale medical data platform (MIDAS- 17 medical institutions across 6 states) and the pandemic preparedness platform, featured in the UN World Cities Report.

Dr. Bhaskar Rajakumar is a physician-leader and strategist with over 20 years of expertise across clinical medicine, public policy, and healthcare innovation. As CEO of the Centre of Excellence in Health Tech and Med Tech, he spearheads AI-driven solutions for Public Health, One Health, and Climate Change. A radiologist with an MBA and IIM-specialization in Strategy, he previously served as OSD to the Chief Commissioner for the COVID-19 Central War Room at BBMP. An entrepreneur and educator, Dr. Rajakumar founded 'Mediknit,' a global health-tech platform reaching over one million professionals. He is currently an advisor to ARTPARK (IISc) and the Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre, and serves as Adjunct Faculty at PGIMER Chandigarh and RGUHS. Recognized as a 'Top 100 Global Healthcare Leader', he is a decorated humanitarian with extensive experience in international disaster response.

Mahima has spent her career working on large scale healthcare challenges, both in public and private healthcare. She currently leads an oral cancer screening program at Artpark, equipping frontline healthcare workers with tools for early detection and treatment. Previously, she worked on Simple, a hypertension and diabetes management system adopted by governments in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Ethiopia to serve millions of patients. She has also been a design partner to founders at Loop Health, and an associate partner at Propehcy Innovation and Design Consulancy. Mahima is also the co-founder of Hard Problems, a not-for-profit that helps technologists work on pressing problems, such as public health, climate change, and good governance.
